We are a small, independent brand, and we would rather be honest about where we are than make promises we cannot back up. Here is how we think about it.
Our Approach
Thoughtful by design.
Every Clarke & Oak piece is made to be used and kept, not replaced every few months. A planner you actually want on your desk all year is, in itself, a more sustainable choice than one you abandon in January.
Designed to be used for a full cycle, not a few weeks, so it earns its place rather than becoming clutter.
Packaging kept simple and minimal, with no unnecessary plastic wrapping where we can avoid it.
Small batch production rather than mass overstock, so less is wasted along the way.
We work with our suppliers to understand materials properly rather than relying on buzzwords.
An Honest Note
We are still learning, and we would rather say so.
What we can tell you is that every product decision we make starts with the question of whether it is necessary, and if it is, how to make it as well as possible. We are a small business on a genuine journey, and we are committed to continuing to improve. Thank you for being part of it.
