Refined tools for modern ambition.

Too many planners designed for women relied on cliche, decorative rather than considered, or overly styled at the expense of function. Others were purely productivity focused but felt rigid and corporate. Clarke & Oak exists in the space between: confident, modern, and built for real life.

I support founders in creating more structure, clarity and confidence behind the scenes of their business through practical operations, organised systems and sustainable ways of working. My background in coaching, Neuro Linguistic Programming and hypnotherapy brings a people focused approach to helping founders create businesses that feel calmer, more efficient and built for long term success.

I am passionate about helping founders and family run businesses grow sales with more clarity, confidence and consistency. Through my consultancy business, Go To Jo, I support business owners in creating practical sales strategies, stronger customer relationships and sustainable commercial growth that feels authentic and achievable. I am an accredited EMCC Coach and Sales Mentor with decades of experience in sales leadership, business ownership and coaching.

Business Support Executive & Co Founder

I help founders bring more structure, organisation and simplicity into the day to day running of their business. With 6+ years of experience in customer service and a background in the corporate world, I started my journey as a Virtual Assistant in early 2026 to support businesses in creating systems that feel practical and sustainable. Alongside this, I am currently completing a Business Degree in Enterprise and Innovation, while also studying a CertHE in Psychology.
