We want your Clarke & Oak order to arrive quickly, safely and exactly as expected. Here is how we ship, how long it takes and what happens after you place your order.
Shipping options.
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Every order is dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and arrives gift ready in our signature Clarke & Oak packaging.
Royal Mail Standard
All Clarke & Oak orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard delivery, carefully packaged in our branded box and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. Typically 3 to 5 working days to arrive.
UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses. We are working on international shipping and will update this page as soon as it becomes available.
Delivery Cost
Free UK delivery on all orders over £25, which covers the Signature Planner and Signature Duo. A small £2.50 charge applies to orders under that, which in practice means the Bookmark on its own.

Please note: delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During busy periods such as Christmas, bank holidays or peak sale events, deliveries may take slightly longer, so it is worth ordering ahead for time sensitive occasions.

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Order packed
Your order is carefully packed in our branded Clarke & Oak box within 1 to 2 business days.
Dispatched with Royal Mail
Your order is handed to Royal Mail Standard. You will receive a dispatch notification once it is on its way.
Delivered to your door
Royal Mail Standard typically delivers within 3 to 5 working days. If you are out, they will follow their usual redelivery process.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and delivered via Royal Mail Standard, which typically takes 3 to 5 working days.
Is shipping really free?
Shipping is free on all orders over £25, which includes the Signature Planner and Signature Duo. A £2.50 charge applies under that, which covers a standalone Bookmark order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently deliver to UK addresses only, and international shipping is something we are actively working towards.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, though we cannot guarantee changes once it has been passed to Royal Mail.
What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?
Royal Mail will follow their standard process, which may include redelivery, leaving the parcel with a neighbour, or a collection card for your local delivery office.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unopened and unused. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
